"I called at 1:30AM with a puddle of water surrounding my toilet. By 2:30AM he had the water to it shut off and the floor dried up. He left and I went to sleep without worrying about floor damage or ceiling damage to the room below. By 9AM It had a new wax ring , fresh caulking around the base and i could use it. Not only was I impressed with how quickly he came in the middle of the night...I was only charged for one service call, the price of the supplies, and an hour of labor. Having to wait for some other company to just barely show up before I had to go to work in the morning likely would have gave it time to allow water damage to my floor and ceiling. That would have cost me an arm and a leg. B is a great guy with an awesome attitude that had my back for real... Highly recommend!
